A doula is a trained support person who provides emotional, physical, and informational care before, during, and after childbirth. We do not replace medical staff—we work alongside them to ensure you feel supported and heard.

Prenatal Support
We help you prepare for birth with confidence and clarity.
Includes:
- Birth planning & education
- Emotional support & guidance
- Comfort techniques preparation
- Partner support education
- Pregnancy wellness tips
Rate: $50 – $75 per session
Free/Discounted with certain Insurance
Labor &
Birth Support
Continuous support throughout labor and delivery.
Includes:
- In-person labor support
- Breathing & comfort techniques
- Emotional reassurance
- Partner guidance and support
- Advocacy for your birth preferences
Package Rate: $800 – $1,500
Postpartum Doula Care
Support after birth as you recover and adjust to life with your newborn.
Includes:
- Emotional support & recovery care
- Newborn care guidance
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Light household help
- Rest support for parents
Hourly Rate: $30 – $45 per hour
Sliding Scale Doula Services

At OS Care Services, we believe that every family deserves support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—regardless of financial situation. Our sliding scale is designed to create flexibility while honoring the value of care and the sustainability of our services.
How the Sliding Scale Works
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on income, household needs, and availability.
Clients may choose a rate within the range that best fits their current situation:
- Community Supported Rate: Reduced fee for families with financial need
- Standard Rate: Covers the full value of services
- Supporter Rate: Helps offset costs for families in need
Doula Service Sliding Scale Range
- Prenatal Support: $40 – $75 per session
- Labor & Birth Support: $600 – $1,500
- Postpartum Care: $25 – $45 per hour

- Families without insurance coverage for doula care
