Hello! My name is Olga Sierra (OS), and I am a responsible and experienced Doula, Massage Therapist, and Newborn Care Specialist with over 25 years of postpartum and newborn experience.I am deeply passionate about my work and committed to the well-being and healthy development of every baby and family I support. My approach is rooted in open communication, hands-on guidance, and a positive, nurturing environment that empowers parents with confidence and knowledge.

As a mother of three amazing children, I bring both professional and personal experience to my care. My first birth was an induced labor with an early epidural, where I didn’t fully understand the process my body was going through. With my second, I educated myself, learned to advocate, and experienced a natural, empowering birth. My third birth was also natural, incorporating all-fours and squatting positions.

Having experienced three very different births, I truly understand how important it is to have strong, unbiased support—no matter the journey or outcome. As a doula and care provider, my focus is helping families navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with evidence-based information, emotional support, and compassionate care.

I believe that every pregnancy and birth should be a unique and empowering experience—one that you can reflect on with joy and pride. I also recognize that society often places unrealistic expectations on new mothers to do everything on their own. During such a vulnerable time, mothers deserve care, rest, and support. When I enter your home, you will receive not only professional guidance but also warmth, understanding, and a genuine helping hand. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, confident, and able to breathe a little easier, knowing you and your baby are in caring hands.

I am based in New Jersey and am open to travel or temporary relocation.
