Hello! I am Olga Sierra (OS) I'm a responsible and experienced Massage and Newborn Care Specialist. I have diverse skills that I have gained from my 25+ years of postpartum newborn experience.
I am very passionate about my work and focused on the well-being of each and every baby that comes my way. In addition, I am committed to the baby and its healthy development. I strongly believe in open communication, hands-on learning, and positive rewarding approach.
I have three amazing children. With my first child she was induced, received an epidural very early on in labor, and did not understand the process of that which was happening with my body. When I had my second, I researched everything i could and learned how to advocate for myself. This led him to having a natural, very empowering, beautiful birth. Her third was born natural as well but pushing on all fours and squatting techniques.
Having had three very different births, I understand first hand just how important it is to have solid and unbiased support regardless of the situation or outcome. As a care provider , my focus is helping families work together through this journey by offering unbiased support, evidence based information and a caring heart. I firmly believe your pregnancy and birth of your baby should be a unique and empowering experience, one that you can recount with joy every time.
I believes that society has put too much pressure on new mothers to do everything for themselves and their families. I understand that mothers need to be taken care of in such a vulnerable time in their lives. Support, knowledge, and a shoulder to lean on is exactly what you’ll get the moment I walk into your home. You will know that you and your baby are going to be loved and taken care of, just as I would my own family. You will instantly feel like you can take a breath of fresh air!
I am based in New Jersey but open and available for travel or temporary relocation!

Hi, I’m Olga Scozzari(OS) a compassionate, dependable caregiver with over 30 years of experience in elder care. Caring for seniors and supporting families has been my life’s work, not just a career. Over the decades, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals from many backgrounds, health conditions, and life stages, always with the same goal: to provide safe, respectful, and loving care that preserves dignity and independence.
My passion for caregiving comes from both my professional training and my personal life. I am the proud mother of four grown children and a grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren. Being a parent and grandparent has deepened my patience, empathy, and understanding of the emotional needs of families. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your loved ones, and I treat every client as if they were part of my own family.
Throughout my 30-year career in elder care, I have supported seniors with a wide range of needs, including companionship, personal care, dementia and memory support, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and emotional support. I have worked in private homes, assisted living environments, and family-based care settings, adapting to each household’s routines and preferences. My approach is always personalized—because no two seniors, and no two families, are the same.
I believe quality elder care is about more than physical assistance. It is about building meaningful relationships, listening with patience, offering comfort, and bringing peace of mind to families. Many of the seniors I’ve cared for have become like family to me, and I take pride in creating a warm, calm, and supportive environment where they feel safe, respected, and valued.
Families who work with me often describe me as trustworthy, nurturing, reliable, patient, and attentive. I understand that inviting someone into your home to care for a loved one is a big decision, and I do not take that responsibility lightly. My goal is always to reduce stress, support independence when possible, and provide reassurance that your loved one is in capable, compassionate hands.
In addition to elder care, my life experience as a mother and grandmother gives me a unique understanding of family dynamics across generations. I recognize how caregiving impacts the entire family, and I strive to communicate clearly, show flexibility, and offer emotional support to both seniors and their loved ones.
