Booking & Payment Policy
OS CARE SERVICE
At OS Care Services, we are committed to providing reliable, compassionate care for every family we serve. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we have established the following booking and payment guidelines.

Booking Policy
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
Bookings are confirmed only after intake is completed and deposit is received
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for due dates and overnight care
Last-minute requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
Deposit is applied toward your total service cost
The remaining balance is due according to your service agreement (weekly, daily, or at time of service depending on care type)
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash
Zelle
Cash App (if applicable)
Bank transfer (if applicable)
Payment schedules:
Doula Services: Deposit + balance due by 37 weeks or before birth support begins
Newborn Care: Weekly or bi-weekly payments required and %50 deposit for overnight care.
Senior Care: Weekly payment or agreed schedule in contract
OS Care Service
Sliding Scale Clients
- Sliding scale approval must be completed before booking confirmation
- Limited availability is offered each month
- Payment plan options may be available based on agreement
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48–72 hours notice required for rescheduling whenever possible
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once (based on availability)
- Repeated cancellations may affect future booking eligibility
Late Payments
- Services may be paused if payment is not received as agreed
- Continued care requires account to be in good standing

OS Care Services Sliding Scale Policy

At OS Care Services, we believe that quality doula, newborn, and senior care should be accessible to every family. Our sliding scale is designed to support families facing financial challenges while ensuring we can continue providing high-quality, compassionate care.

How the Sliding Scale Works
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces each month. Rates are adjusted based on household income, family size, and current financial circumstances.
Clients are invited to choose a rate within the available range that best reflects their situation:
- Supported Rate (Reduced Fee): For families experiencing financial hardship
- Standard Rate: Covers the full value of care services
- Community Supporter Rate: Helps offset reduced-fee clients and supports program sustainability
General Sliding Scale Ranges
Doula Services
- Prenatal Support: $40 – $75 per session
- Birth Support: $600 – $1,500
- Postpartum Care: $35 – $45 per hour
Newborn Care
- $35 – $45 per hour
Senior Care
- $35 – $40 per hour
Who May Qualify
Sliding scale support may be available for:
- Low-income households
- Single parents
- Families without insurance coverage for care services
- Clients experiencing temporary financial hardship

- Sliding scale spots are limited and not guaranteed
- Approval is based on availability and current caseload
- All information shared is kept confidential and respected
